NetDevil Regains Control of Jumpgate in North America
December 21, 2001As many of our non-european players may have already guessed, 3DO will no longer be running Jumpgate as of today. This does not mean that Jumpgate is dead, far from it. 3DO and NetDevil simply determined that it was no longer in the interest of 3DO to continue operation of the servers in their current position.

December 11, 2001Well it’s been a busy couple of weeks for us at NetDevil. Following the North American launch of Jumpgate, we’ve all been working our tails off on upcoming feature upgrades. The launch of the first truly Massive Multiplayer Space Sim went off without a hitch, and Jumpgate received numerous outstanding reviews (see our Jumpgate Reviews section). Thanks to everyone who’s been crowding the space lanes! (If you aren’t playing Jumpgate yet, what are you waiting for?)
